Our Refund Policy

1. Getting Full Refund

For any reason if you can't join the session you should cancel the appointment within 48 hours of your session time to get a full refund. After you cancel the appointment, please send an email to [email protected] with your details.

2. What should I do if I can't join the session because of a system failure?

If you join the call but you couldn't get service because of any system failures we have the following options for you:

  • Update your existing booking with the same expert at another datetime
  • Update your existing booking with another expert at another date time
  • Getting a full refund but converting it to credits to book your session with another expert at another datetime without doing the payment
  • Getting a full refund immediately

3. How long will it take for a refund to show up on my account?

You will get the full refund within 2-5 business days.
