How do I pay for my consultation?
Payments are automated and processed through our secure payment system. If the client books an appointment through TimeToBetter platform and paid the service, then TimeToBetter will make payment to the professionals after session is made.
Does the platform charge a fee for sessions?
It depends on membership package the professional chose. If it is Basic plan, then after Trial period( 3-months, 6-months or 9-months) ends, TimeToBetter will charge 20% off from session price. As an example, if the session price is $100 and the professional has Basic plan membership, then the platform will charge 20% and pay $80 to the professional.
If my profile has typos, can I edit it?
Yes, you can edit from Agent portal or email us to edit any information on the profiles.
How much do I owe at the end of my membership?
We offer 3-months FREE membership packages,and 6-months FREE membership package for Faculty La Langue members. At the end of FREE membership period, the platform will cost $29.99 per month.
Is there a limit to the number of sessions per week?
No, there is no limit to the number of sessions per week.
If I'm completing a specialization, can I update my profile later?
Yes, you can update your profile whenever you need either from Agent portal by yourself or email us for updates.
Can I use Google Meet instead of Zoom for sessions?
Currently we are not providing Google Meet on our platform instead you can directly have your session through the platform, or Zoom or In-Person.
How long does it take for sessions to be credited? Is it weekly or monthly?
In general, it is monthly payment after invoice is reviewed and confirmed by the professionals. If the professionals need to be paid earlier then the professional can contact us for immediate payment.
How can I activate my blog on the platform?
The blog is already activated for all registered professionals. But we have SEO review procedure before approve and publish the blog. Once the blog is SEO optimized then the platform reviewer will approve the blog and publish. The professional will be able to the blog on their profile.
Are there Spanish-speaking team members for future consultations?
Yes, we have team members who speak multi languages including Spanish-speakers.
If I already have a membership, can I pay additionally to feature my profile?
Yes, we are currently working on a new package that includes feature the profiles. It will be announced soon.
