Low self-esteem therapy, also called self-worth therapy, refers to a range of therapies and interventions that are specifically designed to help individuals who have a low sense of self-worth, self-regard, and self-belief. Low self-esteem can manifest in various ways and can affect an individual's ability to form healthy relationships, succeed in their career, and make decisions.

The goal of low self-esteem therapy is to help individuals understand and cope with their feelings of low self-worth, and to develop the skills and strategies needed to improve self-esteem, self-worth, and self-belief. This can include addressing underlying issues that may have contributed to the feelings of low self-esteem, such as emotional or psychological problems, and developing healthy coping mechanisms to deal with stress and other triggers.
