I am a professional Sport Nutritionist & Personal Trainer with over 13+ years of experience in providing excellent sport nutritional support.

Throughout my ten years in the health and fitness industry in England and Italy, I have helped clients to achieve their goals ranging from body fat loss, to muscle gain, to strength and conditioning.

Having been a personal trainer for the last twelve years and a sport nutrition coach, has enabled me to understand that clients/patients can't exercise effectively and achieve their goals, until they have fully embraced the mechanisms and benefits of new lifestyles and dietary habits. Integrity, passion, care and enthusiasm for my job is what drives me everyday to help change clients lives and educate them through the process. I am firm, but very compassionate and empathetic, having dealt with different kind of populations, with different nutritional approaches and objectives: pre-hab, rehab, sport performance, body composition. Looking after people for me comes natural, something that I have always done, innately.
