Paranoia therapy refers to a range of therapies and interventions that are specifically designed to help individuals who experience paranoia, which is a type of delusional thinking characterized by persistent, irrational suspicions or mistrust of others without any real justification. Paranoia can be a symptom of a number of mental health conditions, including schizophrenia, delusional disorder, and paranoid personality disorder.

The goal of paranoia therapy is to help individuals understand and cope with the symptoms of paranoia and to develop the skills and strategies needed to manage the impact of the disorder on their lives and relationships. This can include addressing underlying issues that may have contributed to the development of paranoia, such as emotional or psychological problems, and developing healthy coping mechanisms to deal with stress and other triggers.
