Paula C.

Psychotherapist Total Experience (Years):7+

I am a BPS registered psychologist and an empathetic, understanding and compassionate psychotherapist.

I have worked in diverse mental health settings, and I have experience providing crisis intervention, initial assessments and psychotherapy services to children, adolescents and adults. I am skilled in facilitating group sessions, couple therapy sessions and conducting one-on-one therapy. I use different approaches to suit your needs for a better collaboration to explore your needs, options, feelings and life direction

I offer therapy in in a safe, non-judgemental, caring space, for clients to share any thoughts and feelings in confidentiality. I have experience working with a variety of issues and I understand different cultural perspectives, due to my international travels and studies.

As a therapist I believe in the individual’s ability to self heal and create for themselves the life they want. My aspiration, together with your collaboration, is to direct you into achieving your goal(s).
