I am an HCPC registered clinical psychologist. As a clinical psychologist, I believe in the ability of individuals to heal and better their lives, transforming difficulties, trauma, and anxiety into personal insight. Post-traumatic growth is a phenomenon that caught my attention very early in my professional development, and I have been blessed to witness it throughout my career.
I assist individuals with a wide range of issues that include overcoming self-doubt, depression, recovery from trauma and anxiety, adjustment to major life changes – for example, change in health status, loss of a family member due to illness, addiction to alcohol or drugs, interpersonal difficulties, or adjusting successfully to life with a major condition like bipolar affective disorder, for example.
I offer a comprehensive psychological therapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I use different approaches from a variety of therapeutic models to suit your needs so that you are able to discover and follow your own path towards self-knowledge, understand your current emotions and behaviours and gain insights about the influence of past experiences, family events and society.
